  • About
If you have never tried growing spinach, give it a go. Buy a ‘cut-and-come-again’ variety (perpetual spinach) so you can harvest leaves for months. Fresh, washed, bagged spinach is a gift as you can simply pierce the bag, microwave, drain and serve! Frozen spinach is also fab as you get so much for your money and it is ideal for sauces and soups. Look out for leaf frozen spinach – this is more attractive for using in sauces. I do not recommend tinned spinach.

Where to buy Fresh from greengrocers or supermarkets, frozen from supermarkets.
