Fresh herbs minus the water. If you add liquid they rehydrate and give you great flavours. Dried parsley, tarragon, garlic granules, thyme, sage and mint are fabulous, but dried basil is not so successful as the flavour is tarnished. Never use dried herbs as a garnish.
