Measuring Jug, Scales and Spoons

You’ll need a reliable set of scales, a practical set of measuring spoons (8) – mine are metal – and a measuring jug that’s accurate, ideally one that can measure up to about 2 litres (4 pints), for making batches of liquid, but above all one that has small increments, which are more precise.
