White radish sprouts have a spicy flavour which goes well with meat dishes. They are full of vitamins and minerals. These sprouts are often sold in plastic containers with roots attached. Before using, wash thoroughly under running water and remove the roots. To keep, leave the roots intact and store in the refrigerator.
