Let’s face it, sometimes desserts don’t come out exactly like we planned. Here are some tricks that will keep guests content and even unaware that something is amiss:
Serve the dessert in a bowl and call it a pudding.
Put a big dollop of Chantilly Cream on top.
Serve more wine before dessert is served.
Turn the lights down.
Serve with a flourish!
