Mixing Ingredients

When mixing ingredients together in a bowl, always choose a bowl a little bit larger as opposed to one on the small side. Mixing will be more efficient and smooth if you are not worried the mixture is going to overflow.

When using an electric mixer, stop the machine and scrape down the sides of the bowl. This will ensure even mixing of ingredients.
