  • About
Cutters are used to punch regularly shaped pieces out of rolled doughs. Though they may not seem dangerous, biscuit cutters are just as sharp as knives, so work with them carefully. They are usually made from tinned steel or good-quality hard plastic. Sets of graduated sizes of round cutters come in plain and fluted styles.
