You can make your own plant milk by soaking nuts for at least 4 hours, combining 1 cup soaked and drained nuts with 40 ounces of water, a pinch of salt, and the sweetener of your choice (a date, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, or 2 teaspoons of sugar), and blending until smooth.
