Peanuts are a key ingredient in satay sauce. Traditionally, making peanut sauce involved a tedious process of roasting, cooling, and then peeling the skins off the peanuts. I’ve simplified the process by using roasted salted peanuts from my local supermarket. It still results in the same great tasting sauce! As long as you have the right balance of spice and chillies, you can’t go wrong.
