  • About
Dehydrated citrus is one of our favorite garnishes for drinks. It has a crispy and chewy texture that tastes almost like candy, making it a pretty and flavorful accent. Plus, it’s an easy way to cut down on food waste.
To make dehydrated citrus, preheat your oven to the lowest setting (usually around 175°F or 200°F). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat. Slice the citrus crosswise about ⅛ inch thick on a mandoline or with a sharp knife. Arrange the slices on the prepared sheet pan, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
