Cut limes into small pieces. (This is a great use for limes that are on the brink of being wasted.) Put the pieces into an ice-cube tray. Fill the tray with water and freeze until solid. This technique can be done with any citrus, and the ice is a good addition to any drink that benefits from a citrus accent.
