They do great work throughout the oyster-farming industry, connecting chefs, shuckers, and seafood dealers to oyster lovers everywhere. They have a ton of resources available on their website (oystersouth.com), including links to purchase almost five dozen different oyster varieties direct from their respective farms. Oyster South also offers a variety of memberships and events, with an epic annual symposium that is quite possibly the greatest oyster-focused event in the world. Seriously.
