  • About
For over thirty-five years, the Louisiana Crawfish Company has been a family-run seafood business based in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Founded by David and Joy McGraw, it started out as a small, family-operated fifty-acre crawfish farm. A major shift took place about fifteen years ago when they passed the torch to their daughter Avery and son-in-law Justin, who’ve continued to grow the farm to over one thousand acres, all the while increasing their positive impact on the environment and community.
As the demand for live Louisiana-raised crawfish grew and their farming capabilities maxed out, they progressed into being a local distribution hub for countless other small crawfish farmers. But it didn’t stop there. Now, the Louisiana Crawfish Company is a one-stop online shop for all things Creole and Cajun, including shellfish, gator, an assortment of regional sausages, seasonings, sweets, party supplies, and even boil equipment.
