Tenute Dettori

This small (33-hectare) family-run estate in Sennori, near Sassari, produces handcrafted wines with minimal intervention. They grow Cannonau, Monica, Pascale, Vermentino and Moscato grapes, and their wines, all single varietals, are rather esoteric in style.
