It is designed for distributing or removing small amounts of liquids, usually a drop at a time. It’s essential for see spherification. Since most pipettes only deliver a single stream of drops, making timing difficult, it’s useful to have a Finnpipette, which will deliver anywhere from 12 to 96 drops at a time. (B)
