  • About
  • Thoroughly wash and rinse 1 cup beans (alfalfa, wheat, mung beans or lentils) and place in a bowl, cover with 4 cups luke warm water and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
  • Drain the beans, bundle in a cheese-cloth and replace in the drainer. Place in a dark, undisturbed spot (an off oven will do) and cover with a plate or lid. Allow to rest, undisturbed, for 24 hours.
  • The next day, the beans will have sprouted and will be ready to eat.
