A non-stick parchment paper that is widely used for lining baking trays, cake tins, etc. It may be used several times over and is particularly useful when making meringues or chocolates, because they simply peel off the paper. ‘Bakewell’ is the brand name; it is available in most supermarkets and newsagents.
