Always think twice before throwing leftover ingredients in the bin. Pasta water? That starchy water is full of nutrients, which we feed to our plants. Potato skins? We’ll use them to make a stock for soups. And when you think fruit might be going bad, simply chop it up and freeze it in containers, which you can use later for smoothies.
