This is a lesson we’ve learned since becoming vegan. Depending on where we’re going, it can sometimes be hard to find decent vegan food on the go. So every now and then we’ll prep some energy balls, protein bars and smoothies, which means we avoid buying plastic-wrapped food or drinks when we’re out and about and in need of an energy boost.
