Morcilla

A black sausage flavoured with onions, salt, pepper, cloves and cinnamon. Sometimes rice and pine kernels are also used. Morcilla is boiled in water and left to dry. It can be bought in Spanish delicatessens, or you can substitute other similar black puddings.
