Mitzuba Leaves

Small, green leaves of Japanese origin, used in salads. Also known as trefoil, mitzuba is a type of wild chervil. It is sold at Japanese food stores and by some fruit and vegetable suppliers. Other small green leaves can be substituted if mitzuba is not available.
