Chopping Boards

One large chopping board is more useful than two or three small ones. If it is wooden, wipe it down after use, but don’t leave it to soak, as wooden boards can split as they dry, and in any case take ages to dry out. Plastic and melamine boards are hygienic and easy to clean.
