This mixture typically contains ground dried coriander seed, ground celery seed, dried basil, dill, parsley, fenugreek, summer savory, bay leaf and mint. Ground dried marigold petals are often added as well. A basic recipe for khmeli-suneli. However, since the proportions of ingredients vary depending on the basis of each dish, the recipes in this book call for individual spices rather than for a specific mixture of khmeli-suneli.
