  • About
Fresh garlic is an absolute necessity in Georgian cuisine, which makes use of both the bulbs and tender shoots. Avoid dried garlic powder or flakes. The most intense flavor is concentrated in small, compact heads of garlic, rather than in large heads of elephant garlic.
