Place a coffee cup within a quart bowl; or a small pail within a larger pail, if you have no regular ring mould. Fill the smaller dish with ice, or ice water. Pour the gelatine pudding or jelly between the two dishes or pails. When the jelly is all firm, remove the ice and add warm and not hot water to the smaller dish; take it out carefully and you have a ring or border of jelly. Fill with any desired cream or salad.
