Folding minced anchovies into butter can do wonders for so many foods, like a steak seared in a cast-iron skillet. Try rubbing the Green Anchovy Butter over the skin of a chicken before roasting. Or mash some anchovies and add them to garlic butter for your popcorn. (See the Caesar Popcorn.)
