For a million-dollar snack in mere minutes, put some olive oil–brushed toast on a grill or under a broiler until it’s slightly charred, rub the surface with a raw garlic clove, and spread a few anchovy fillets across it. If you like, top with a few slices of tomato or avocado or a scoop of ricotta.
