Pickles

I’ve never regretted having an extra jar of pickles in the cupboard, especially when a party spread calls for something crunchy and refreshing. To eat with canned fish, I highly recommend Matiz or Donostia brand piparras (pickled guindilla peppers), Maille cornichons, and McClure’s spicy spears.
