Jackfruit

Jackfruit is a tropical fruit that is found in India and is in the same family as breadfruit, figs, and mulberries. Young, unripe jackfruit, or green jackfruit, is not sweet and can be used for cooking savory dishes. It has a firm texture that can be shredded in the same way as some meats.
