Rubber Mallet

A rubber mallet is extremely helpful when making some of the smaller cuts through the bone, like we do with lamb chops, when we don’t want to use the saw because the friction would damage the delicate flesh. We can tap the cleaver through with precision, whereas if we were to use the cleaver freehand, we wouldn’t have as much control.
