Aquileia or Friuli Aquileia, a lesser-known doc from friuli comprising the entire province of Udine. The white must consist of at least 50% friulano, while the Rosso must contain at least 50% refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. The balance in both can be any authorized variety, most of which are international varieties, potentially compromising the wines’ originality.
