Asprinio, light grape speciality of campania in southern Italy, where it often makes slightly sparkling wines. dna profiling at san michele all’adige showed that Asprinio and greco di tufo, each used to produce distinct varietal wines, are in reality identical. The 2010 vine census noted 158 ha/390 acres of Asprinio.
