  • About

Completer, ancient white grape variety grown in Graubünden in eastern switzerland. The wine produced—distinctive, pungent, acidic, and full bodied—is a speciality of Bündner Herrschaft. dna profiling at davis showed in 2004 that Completer is one of the parents of lafnetscha. Subsequently, a few vines of Completer discovered among Lafnetscha vines supported this parentage and the unanticipated presence of Completer in the Valais.
