Drupeggio

Drupeggio, name for the high-acid canaiolo Bianco that adds interest, with Trebbiano grapes, to Grechetto, Malvasia, and Verdello, in the orvieto wine of central Italy. Total plantings had fallen to 286 ha by 2010.
