Erbaluce, old but minor white wine grape speciality of Caluso in the north of the piemonte region of north west Italy. Most dry Erbaluce is relatively light bodied and acidic. Erbaluce’s most famous, if rare, manifestation is the golden sweet Caluso passito. Total Italian plantings were 319 ha/788 acres in 2010.
