Juliénas

Juliénas, one of the ten beaujolais crus in the far north of the region. In 2012 568 ha/1,403 acres of Gamay vines produced wines with real backbone. Les Mouilles and Les Capitans lieux-dits tend to make relatively sophisticated wines.
