Justino’s Madeira Wines SA, the largest single shipper of madeira, bottling under a variety of names including Cruz, the largest single brand of Madeira (and port) in France. Established in Funchal in 1870, Justino’s operates from modern industrial premises outside the city. The company was formerly known as Justino Henriques but was renamed to avoid confusion with Henriques & Henriques, which is also now controlled by the French import and distribution group La Martiniquaise.
