  • About

Méjanelle, La, small named terroir within the languedoc aoc in southern France, just east of montpellier. Unlike the rest of the Coteaux du Languedoc, this is a historic zone of individual estates, most notably Ch de Flaugergues. Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre dominate in these particularly Mediterranean vineyards, at a much lower elevation than much of the rest of the Languedoc AOC.
