  • About

Menu Pineau, old loire white wine grape sometimes called Arbois Blanc or Orbois and a progeny of the prolific gouais blanc. A few hundred hectares remain, producing such wines as valençay, cheverny, occasionally one labelled touraine, and the odd natural wine. It is a vigorous vine whose wines are softer than those of chenin blanc.
