Spanish for ungrafted vine. There are at least 250,000 ha of ungrafted vineyards in castilla-la mancha alone, so this is hardly a rarity in Spain, but only a handful of producers such as Casa Castillo of jumilla use the term, or โ€˜P.F.โ€™, on labels. Many of these vines are attacked by phylloxera.
