  • About

Trajadura, white grape variety used to add body and a certain citrus character to Portugal’s vinho verde if it is picked sufficiently early. It was planted on 1,662 ha of Portugal in 2012, more than the area devoted to treixadura as it is known across the Spanish border in Galicia. It is often blended with loureiro and sometimes with alvarinho.
