Vijariego (also known as Bujariego and Vijiriega), white grape variety from the canary islands which produces distinctive dry wines there on vineyards totalling 452 ha/1,116 acres, with varietal versions made by Bodegas Viñátigo. A little is also planted in Andalucia.
