Viticulturist

viticulturist, someone who practises viticulture. In many countries the grape-grower is termed simply ‘grower’ rather than ‘viticulturist’, which word is more often used for professionals who typically have some formal tertiary training in viticulture. Grape-growers or vine-growers may also be termed wine-growers.
