Wine Tasters

The animate sort are humans, often of widely varying abilities, experiences, preferences, and prejudices, engaged in the pursuit of wine tasting. The inanimate sort are shallow, usually silver, saucers for tasting young wines, known in French, and often in English, as tastevins.
