Kumquat

Kumquat is a sour fruit, which looks like a Lilliput orange, although the seeds are almost as large as in an orange. They need to be cooked with lots of sugar. Makes a great marmalade, if you can be bothered taking the seeds out. Sometimes spelt cumquat.
