Rice is one of the easiest and most common bases of any Chinese meal. Simply cook one raw cup (or more) of white or brown rice per person, as instructed. Divide the rice into individual bowls and serve your main dish (and potentially a side salad like our Spicy and Sour Carrot Salad) in the center of the table for diners to portion as they please.
