Corn or Flour?

Taco stand tacos are always made on fresh corn tortillas; flour tortillas are eaten in restaurants and at home. To me, the rich taste of corn masa is an integral part of the flavor of any taco. You may use either corn or flour in any of the taco recipes, according to your preference.
