Danyel Couet is head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Fredsgatan 12 in Stockholm. He is also one of the restaurateurs behind Grill, Kungsholmen, Smak på Restaurangen, Fjällpuben, Brasserie Le Rouge, Fyran, Villa Godthem, Le Bar, Köttbaren and Miss Voon in Stockholm.
