Rachel Khoo studied pâtisserie in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu. She is a food creative who works on a variety of international culinary projects from food consulting and workshops, to culinary events and cookbooks. Her third cookbook, The Little Paris Kitchen, was published in April 2012 by Penguin.
