Sir Johnny Scott, a modern-day Phileas Fogg, hasn’t had a tipple for over twenty years, but as former brake man for the British bob-sleigh team, farmer of black-faced sheep on the Lammermuirs, Joint Master of the North Pennine Hunt, passionate supporter of country issues, and board member of The European Squirrel Institute, these nautical nectars are but droplets from his fountain of culinary knowledge: piratical tipples for landlubbers and sea-dogs alike.
